The canine race shiba Inu has evolved past human capabilities, but a genetic disruption in one particular individual caused an anti-doge extremist to create an army of genetic mutts and attempt to destroy doge life. A feline race called the cates have also evolved and the remaining humans have formed the doge resistance... My name is the Kai Doge and this may be the last you hear from me...
